Polly’s Folly

Glass: Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

45 ml Smirnoff

10 ml limejuice

2 lime wedges

Salt

3 green Chillies

Garnish: green chillies

Method:

  • Take an old-fashioned glass rimmed with salt.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Squeeze and drop lime wedges.
  • Pour the vodka, limejuice & slit chilies and stir the drink

 

Chatka Mary

Glass:  Tall/Collins

Ingredients:

45ml Smirnoff

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

15ml limejuice

1 wedge lime

Real Guava juice

Garnish: salt & red chilli rim, long green chilli/wedge of chilli dipped guava

Method:

  • Rim glass with salt and chilli powder
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add lime juice, Wooster, tabasco and guava juice
  • Squeeze & drop wedge of lime
  • Add Smirnoff and stir
  • Garnish with guava or green chilli

 

Zippy Paani Puri/Gol Gappa/Puchka

Glass:  Pitcher

Ingredients:

Pani Puri concentrate

Water

Vodka

Garnish: kadak puris

Method:

  • Fill shaker pitcher with ice
  • Pour in the paani puri masala concentrate
  • Squeeze wedges of lime
  • Add mint leaves and some jal jeera powder
  • Add vodka & water ½ and ½
  • Mix well and taste to adjust flavour
  • Serve with puris
  • Stuff your face and enjoy!!

Spiked Sol Kadi

Glass:  Collins

Ingredients:

30ml vodka

sol kadi to top (with or without coconut milk)

Garnish: sprig of coriander leaves, green chilli

Method:

  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add vodka and top with sol kadi
  • Garnish  

Snazzy Rasam

Glass:  AP wine

Ingredients:

45ml Smirnoff

2 wedges lime

Strained, cold rasam to top

Garnish: green chilli, coriander leaves

Method:

  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add lime wedge, Smirnoff
  • Top with strained rasam and stir
  • Garnish with green chilli or coriander leaves

 

Holi Hai

 

Glass: AP wine glass

45 ml Old Monk

60ml Thandai syrup

15ml Kesar Syrup

15ml Almond Syrup

50 gms yoghurt (optional)

30/60ml cream

1cup vanilla ice cream

Garnish:Masala Milk Powder

Method:

  • Half fill shaker with crushed or cracked ice.
  • Pour in all ingredients.
  • Blend using a hand blender.
  • Sprinkle with milk Masala powder.
  • Drink.
  • Holi Hai!
