Blushing Baby

Glass: A.P. Wine

Ingredients:

30ml Monin strawberry puree/Manama strawberry crush

5 fresh strawberries (in season)

10ml Monin coconut syrup/20ml coconut milk

30ml fresh cream

1 scoop vanilla/strawberry ice cream

4 tablespoons yoghurt

Garnish: cherry

Method:

  1. Fill less than half a shaker with crushed ice
  2. Pour all the ingredients over ice
  3. Blend it together till it becomes a smoothie

 

Blueberry Smoothie

Glass: A.P.Wine

Ingredients:

30ml Teisseire/Manama Blueberry syrup/crush

30ml fresh cream

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

4 tablespoons yoghurt

Garnish: Black grape

Method:

  1. Fill half the shaker with crushed ice
  2. Pour all the ingredients over ice
  3. Blend it together till it becomes a smoothie
  4. Pour it in a A.P. wine glass and garnish

Mango Lassi

Glass: Collins / tall glass

Ingredients:

200 gms yoghurt

45ml mango crush/60ml mango pulp

1 scoop vanilla/mango ice cream (optional)

Garnish: Sprig of mint/ mango if available

Method:

  1. Fill the shaker half with crushed ice
  2. Add all the ingredients, Blend it until smooth
  3. Pour it in a tall glass and garnish

Rang De (Holi Fiesta)

Glass: kullad!/wine glass

Ingredients:

60ml Thandai syrup

15ml Kesar Syrup

15ml Almond Syrup

200gms yoghurt

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Masala milk powder

Garnish: milk masala powder

Method:

  1. Fill half shaker with crushed ice
  2. Pour in all ingredients
  3. Blend it until smoothie and pour in kullad/glass
  4. Sprinkle with milk masala powder.

 

Sweet Eve

Glass: A.P. wine

Ingredients:

10/12 chunks of fresh papaya

45ml honey

200gms yoghurt

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Garnish: 2 cubes of fresh papaya.

Method:

  1. Fill the shaker half with crushed ice
  2. Add all the ingredients and blend it until smoothie
  3. Pour in into an A.P. wine glass and garnish with two cubes of papaya on a cocktail stick

 

Fig & walnut Lassi

Glass: wine glass

Ingredients:

200gms yoghurt

6 soaked figs

6 pieces of walnut

45ml honey

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Garnish: two dried figs on a cocktail stick.

Method:

  1. Fill the shaker half with crushed ice
  2. Add all the ingredients and blend it until smoothie
  3. Pour it in the glass and garnish

 

Jaffrani Kaju Badam Lassi

Glass: wine glass

Ingredients:

200gms yoghurt

10ml Kesar syrup

15ml almond syrup

1 scoop vanilla/kesar pista ice cream

3/4 each – cashew, almonds, kismis, pistachio

Garnish: 3 strands of saffron

Method:

  1. Fill the shaker half with crushed ice
  2. Add all the ingredients and blend it until smoothie
  3. Pour it in the glass and garnish
