15ml Midori

(Sparkling wine with OJ and orange liqueur)

15ml triple sec/Cointreau

cold sparkling wine (2/3 glass)

Iced Orange Juice to top

 

 

 

 

Bellini

(Very peachy sparkling wine)

10ml peach crush/puree

10ml Monin peach syrup/peach liqueur

sparkling wine to top (ideally Prosecco!)

(Funky – sparkling wine with Passion)

30ml Passion fruit liqueur or puree

cold sparkling wine/champagne

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kir/Kir Royale

(Fragrant with blackcurrant)

Your favourite white/sparkling wine

15ml creme de cassis liqueur

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stairway to Heaven

(Of white wine and apples)

Your favourite white wine (2/3 glass)

Iced Dabur Real Activ Apple Juice to top

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Classic Sangria

Glass: Pitcher, AP wine

Ingredients:

Cut fruits (apples, orange, mint & fruits in season)

1 bottle red wine

90ml brandy – to soak fruits (optional)

90ml Cointreau – to soak fruits (optional)

Top with lemonade/sprite

Method:

  • Soak all the fruits in brandy and Cointreau overnight.
  • Add the soaked fruits in the pitcher.
  • Add red wine, ice & top with lemonade.

 

 

Blonde Sangria

Glass: Pitcher, AP wine

Ingredients:

Cut fruits (Lychee, kiwi, pineapple, green apple, watermelon, strawberry)

1 bottle white wine

120ml orange vodka – to soak fruits (optional)

Top with sprite & Appy fizz

Method:

·         Soak all the fruits in orange vodka over night.

  • Add the soaked fruits in the pitcher.
  • Fill with white wine & ice & top with sprite & Appy fizz half & half.
