Red on Red

Glass: Tall/Collins

Ingredients:

45ml Johnnie Walker Red Label

Real Activ apple juice

Garnish: 2 slices of apple

Method:

  1. Fill the glass with ice
  2. Pour JWRL and top with apple juice.
  3. Slide in two slices of apple and serve.

 

Indian Summer

 

Glass: Tall/Collins

Ingredients:

45ml Johnnie Walker Red Label

A wedge of lime

1 slice of ginger

7up/Sprite

Garnish: spent lime shell & slice of ginger

Method:

  1. Fill the glass with ice
  2. Pour JWRL, squeeze a wedge of lime and drop it in.
  3. Take a slice of ginger, snap it into two pieces and drop it in.
  4. Top with 7up/Sprite & stir.

 

Twisted Whiskey Sour

Glass: Champagne Tulip/Rocks glass

Ingredients:

45ml Kilbeggan Irish whiskey or Jack Daniel’s Tennessee

20ml limejuice

15ml sugar syrup

30ml orange juice

2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters

Garnish: slice of orange

Method:

  1. Take a mixing tin filled 3/4th with ice.
  2. Add whiskey, limejuice, sugar syrup, orange juice, bitters. Shake.
  3. Strain into a Champagne tulip or pour on the rocks.

 

Black Jim

 

Glass: old fashioned

Ingredients:

30ml Jim Beam Black 8yo bourbon

30ml Kahlua

splash of coke

Garnish: Kit Kat Chocolate

Method

  1. Take old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
  2. Pour Jim Beam Black, Kahlua, add a splash of coke, and stir.
  3. Slide in a stick of Kit Kat chocolate.

** Scotch instead of bourbon will make this a Black Scotsman – yummy too!

 

 

Chocó nut Madness

Glass: A.P. wine

Ingredients:

45ml Maker’s Mark bourbon

1 teaspoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon honey

1 generous scoop of butterscotch icecream

30ml Hershey’s chocolate sauce

30ml fresh cream

Garnish: cube of Snickers

Method:

  1. Fill the shaker half with crushed ice
  2. Add all the ingredients and blend until it becomes a smoothie.
  3. Pour it in a A.P. wine glass and slide in a choco stick
