Rummy Rum

 

Frozen Flavoured Daiquiri

Glass: Bavaria glass / Margarita

Ingredients:

45ml white rum

15ml lime juice

45ml any flavoured Manama crush

(Mango, peach-apricot, strawberry…)

Garnish: sweet lime slice

Method:

  1. Take a cocktail shaker filled half with crushed ice.
  2. Add white rum, lime juice, flavoured fruit crush and blend it to a slush
  3. Pour into glass and garnish with half a sweet lime slice

 

Rummm Punch

Glass: tall glass/footed pilsner

Ingredients:

15ml Bacardi

15ml Bacardi Limon

15ml Captain Morgan

15ml Old Monk

10ml Monin coconut

10ml limejuice

Real/Tropicana mixed fruit juice

Garnish: fruit stick – pineapple, cherry, sweet lime and mint.

Method:

  1. Fill a tall glass with lots of ice.
  2. Add all the spirits and top it up with mix fruit juice.
  3. Stir and slide in a fruit stick.

 

Classic Mojito

Glass: Collins

Ingredients:

45ml Bacardi/Bacardi Limon

6 lime wedges

15ml sugar syrup

8 /10 mint leaves

Crushed ice

Soda to top

Garnish: a sprig of mint

Method:

  1. Squeeze and drop lime wedges into glass
  2. Tear the mint leaves over the lime
  3. Muddle to release flavours
  4. Fill glass with crushed ice
  5. Add sugar syrup and white rum
  6. Stir and taste to adjust
  7. Top it with soda

** The Bacardi Limon just makes it taste so much nicer.

 

Lychee Caipirinhia

Glass: Old fashioned

Ingredients:

45ml Diva Cachaca (Brazilian cane spirit)

6 lime wedges

30ml Manama lychee crush

4 canned lychees

10ml Monin coconut/Malibu (optional)

Crushed ice

Garnish: half a slice of coconut

Method

  1. Squeeze and drop lime wedges & lychees into glass & muddle
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add Cachaca, lychee crush & stir
  4. Stir and taste to adjust
  5. Top with more crushed ice and garnish

 

Tiki Bowl

 

Glass: Bavaria.

Ingredients:

45 ml white rum

30 ml dark rum

15 ml passion liqueur

15 ml mango liqueur

15 ml Malibu/Monin coconut

15 ml limejuice

3 / 4 fresh mint

60 ml mango juice

Garnish: Sprig of mint.

Method:

  1. Take a cocktail shaker filled half with crushed ice
  2. Blend all the ingredients together (using a hand blender) until it becomes a slushie
  3. Pour into Bavaria glass or a big Tiki bowl
